Play Motus – Letter Game

Welcome to Play Motus for Android, a game inspired by the well-known TV show Lingo, blending elements of Mastermind and word games. The objective is straightforward: identify a word with only the first letter revealed within six attempts. If a letter is correctly placed, it appears in red; if it is present but in the wrong position, it shows in yellow; letters that are not included remain blue.

The game features four distinct modes:

• Classic: Discover ten words within a specified time limit.
• Time Trial: Find as many words as possible before time runs out. Successfully guessing a word adds extra seconds to your timer.
• Survival: A limitless mode where players continue until they can no longer find words.
• Training: A relaxed mode without any time constraints.

Customizable options enhance the gameplay experience:

• Keyboard type: Choose from ABCDEF, AZERTY, or QWERTY layouts.
• Word language: English and French dictionaries are available.
• Word length: Options range from 5 to 12 letters.
• Word difficulty: Select from easy, medium, or hard levels.
• Starting position: Choose to begin from the first letter or the second letter of the word.
• Hint keyboard: Displays the current status of letters (e.g., played or not played).

A few notable statistics and features of the application include:

• A vast dictionary of nearly 300,000 English words ranging from 5 to 12 letters, encompassing nouns, adjectives, adverbs, and various verb forms—though proper nouns and conjugated verbs are excluded. The French mode offers access to over 350,000 words from the "language of Molière."
• The game presents three difficulty levels based on word frequency across multiple search engines.
• "Politically incorrect" words may be accepted but will not be suggested during gameplay.
